Today we will share tips on how to care for your skin and introduce our facial care line that will help you achieve your facial skincare goals.

Your skin is the largest organ of your body that can be damaged by what it is exposed to and is closely dependent on what you eat. Before deciding on what to do with your skin, you will need to find out what skin type you have, which may be sensitive, oily, normal, combination or has been damaged due to the sun and the heat. The basic facial care regimen should contain: cleaning, toning and moisturizing.

Step 1: Cleanse

Cleaning the skin is one the easiest things you can do. You’ll need to find a cleanser that will give you good results without causing your skin to become irritated. Our Karess-My-Face facial bar gently cleans and exfoliates all at the same time. The addition of rosehip powder deeply removes dead skin cells, while leaving the complexion clean, refreshed and best of all healthy looking. Step 2: Tone

Of course, the majority of residue are removed during washing, but following up with a toner finishes the job. It balances skin pH, and tones your complexion while maximizing your skin’s capacity to absorb your favorite moisturizer. Cucumber extract moisturizes and restores radiance, while organic black willowbark extract aids in skin renewal.

Without moisture, the skin will not remain smooth and supple. The face is exposed to the drying effect of the weather, so moisturizers - which form a film over the skin - contain and augment the natural moisture. New Item - Tropical Fusion Hair & Body Oil

Soap Logs

It has been a brief minute since we lasted posted. Things have been hectic yet rewarding. We have been really busy this holiday season, which is always a BIG plus and we are nearing the end of our pregnancy. We are nearly less than 3 weeks away before our little bundle of joy will be with us.

Due to the holiday rush we sold out of many of our soaps therefore we have to make more, here are pictures of a couple restocks and 3 new soaps. This is not the best picture. From left to right (new) Lime Sugar test batch, restock of Beer Shampoo Bar, (new) Lavender Oats with Goats Milk, restock of Almond, Milk and Honey (this one will get much darker as it ages), restock of Chai Tea, restock of Cranberry Spice and (new) Carrot, Milk and Honey. We have more to add but that is it for tonight.

New Website

We have been working hard on revamping our image. We are going as green as green can be for the year 2010. We already offer a large variety of eco-friendly products, however, we do not market them that way. So here is a snapshot of our new site, that we feel has a very green appeal to it.

What's Going On....

I know it has been a while since I’ve posted and for that I am truly sorry. One of my new year’s resolutions was to become more active with my blogging, but unfortunately, yet fortunately other things got in the way (my little bundle of joy that is growing inside of me). Anyway just wanted to give you all an update as to what is going on with Karess Krafters and CCrafters on Etsy. By the end of October we will have the following items ready for sale
